Cylindrical gear box Gear reducer are widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemicals, textiles , printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical and other fields. The following shows scope of application of gear reducer:
1.Speed of High-speed Shaft is less than 1500r/min.
2.Speed of Circle of rotation gear is less than 20m/second.
3.The working environment temperature is 40-45 °C. If it less than 0 °C, lubricating oil should be preheated heating temperature more than 0 °C before working.
4.High transmission rate: single-stage more than 96.5%, dual-stage more than 93 %, three more than 90 %.

1) All torque arms/fulcrums are plated to eliminate them being rusted in use.
2) The shaft mounts have labyrinth sealing on the conveyor end and input shaft end so that the oil seal is safe from contamination.
3) The front end of the shaft mount has a hub cover to protect the front oil seal as well as moving part of the gearbox.
4) Input shaft front bearing is a roller bearing as it takes in more radial load from the belt pressure.
5) Breather plugs are extended so that the dust does not clog the breather hole.
